Shipments are handled by Correos for Spain, the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, and Melilla, and by DHL Express for Europe and the USA.
For shipments within Spain, you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs: home delivery, delivery to a Citypaq locker, or delivery to a nearby Correos post office.
For returns, simply contact us. We will provide a label for you to print and attach to the package if you wish to arrange a home pickup. Alternatively, you can note down the shipment code and present it at a Correos post office to return unwanted items to our facilities for a fee of €2.50.
You can check your order status using the tracking number that Correos will send to your email address.
Packages are delivered within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday; no shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following day.
Shipping is free for orders totaling €50 or more in Spain, €80 or more in Europe, and $100 or more in the USA.
Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the UK, and the USA will be delivered within 72 hours. Customs charges must be paid by the recipient to receive the goods. Exact import costs cannot be determined until the merchandise reaches customs. Orders not exceeding £150/€150 are exempt from customs duties.
RETURNS
The exchange and return period is 15 days from the date of purchase. We offer the option to return your items via our home pickup service. There is a fee of €2.50 per return request, which will be deducted from your refund.
To make a return, simply contact us via email at ecommerce@babidu.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you all the information needed to complete the return quickly, easily, and conveniently. You do not need to print a return label; the courier will bring one ready-made.
You have the option of home pickup or dropping off the return at your nearest post office.
For international returns, the customer may return the items but is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Note: Underwear (panties, briefs, and boxers) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once BABIDU receives the package, we will verify the condition of the merchandise. If everything is in order, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 3 to 12 business days of us receiving the package.
If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact us at ecommerce@babidu.com or call 696 175 855 so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
SIZE OR ITEM EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a size or product, you must place a new order and request a return for the original item by following the process described above.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, and bank transfer.
For card purchases, we use the REDSYS e-commerce platform, the fastest and most secure payment gateway in the industry.
For PayPal purchases, you simply need a PayPal account to pay using your email address and password. BIZUM. Select the "Pay with Bizum" option when finalizing your purchase. Enter your phone number. Complete the transaction in your banking app. ENJOY YOUR PURCHASE! Confirm the purchase.
BANK TRANSFER: You can make the payment via your bank by transferring the order amount to the specified account number; please include the order number and your full name in the transaction details.
If you choose Bank Transfer, you have 3 days to make the payment; if we do not receive the transfer after 3 days, the order will be cancelled. We will ship the package as soon as we receive the deposit; you can speed up the process by sending proof of the transaction to ecommerce@babidu.com.
Orders paid via bank transfer take 5 to 7 days to process.
