SHIPMENT 24/48 HOURS
Shipments will be made through DHL. You can check the status of your order with the tracking number that DHL will send to your email.
The packages are delivered in 24/48 hours on weekdays, no shipments will be made on weekends or holidays.
Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and USA will be delivered within 72 hours.
Customs expenses must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the goods. The exact amount can not be detailed until the merchandise is released in customs.
Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the same day.
After 5:00 pm, they will be sent the next day.
If the amount of the order is greater than € 80 IN EUROPE AND 100 DOLARS IN USA, shipping costs will be free.
FREE RETURN (ONLY IN EUROPE)
The changes and returns will be free within 30 days from the date of purchase.
For returns you will only have to contact us through mail: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare your package with the delivery note. Pack your items safely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document if you wish to make a change of size or return and the corresponding articles.
If you can not find the delivery note, access the order history, select your order and print the 'return note'. If you still do not have an account, enter your email and the number of your order to go to the detail of your purchase.
We will send you a label by email that you will have to stick to the package and take the package to the Service Point closest to you. Once the package is deposited at the Service Point you will receive a proof of delivery via SMS, e-mail or physical receipt and a return order will be generated.
Once the package is received at BABIDU, we will check the status of the merchandise and if everything is correct, if it is a return, the refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase and within a period of 3 and 12 working days since we received your package in our stores.

We have the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal and Bank Transfer
For card purchases we have the e-commerce platform REDSYS, the fastest and safest payment gateway in the sector.
For purchases with PAYPAL you only have to have a PayPal account and in this way pay with your email and password.
BANK TRANSFER, you can make the payment through your bank, transferring the amount of the order to the Account Number, indicating in the transaction the order number and your name and surname.
If you choose Bank Transfer, you will have a period of 3 days to make the payment, if after 3 days we do not receive the transfer the order will be canceled. We will send the package as soon as we receive the deposit, allowing you to expedite the process by sending a proof of the transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders paid by transfer require 5 to 7 days.
